Far Away
Article I. Governing Body
The name for the governing group of Far Far Away shall be known as the Far Far Away General Council. There will be an Executive Branch to carry out laws set by the Legislative Branch, and a Judicial branch to be responsible for the administration of justice (Crow Tribal Constitution).
The Council shall be made of adults eighteen (18) years of age and up, and they must be a resident of the country for at least one (1) full year.
The council shall meet three times a year, every four months, to vote on and discuss any changes made by the branches. Any votes to be made will be done by the council members in a secret voting ballot.
Article II. Membership
The General Council has the right to choose or deny anyone in the running for membership of the council. They have the right to govern future membership and the loss of membership.
Article III. Territory
All land within the boundaries of Far Far Away may be bought and sold by any persons for a fair price.
Article IV. Executive Branch of Government
Section 1. Officers. The Governing Council will vote by secret ballot from the membership for a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Vice-Secretary. Members will serve a four (4) year term as President, and no member including the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Vice-Secretary shall serve more than two (2) four (4) year terms. The members may not serve in any other executive positions after serving two (2) four (4) year terms.
Section 2. Compensation. All governing members will receive a pay by the number of hours they work. They shall be compensated for any traveling or expenses.
Section 3. Powers. The Executive Government shall exercise these powers and responsibilities:

Section 2. Duties. The job of the Legislative Government is to make laws and guidelines for the public, and for the executives to enforce.
Section 3. Meetings. The legislative branch will meet three (3) times a year, every four (4) months.
Article VI. Elections
All members of any branch of the general council shall be voted in with a secret ballot by the public people of Far Far Away. The voters must be a resident of at least one (1) year, and eighteen (18) years of age.
Article VII. Vacancy
Everything shall be run exactly like the Executive and Legislative Branches. The elections shall be in accordance with them, and the running of the Branch. They will have no power of the Executive Branch.
Article IX. Military.
In the case of any attack on Far Far Away, the drafted Military members will take action in protecting all people. Any residents may take action or volunteer to help defend their land and country.

- Represent the Far Far Away General Council to
negotiate with Federal, State, and local Governments, and other corporations,
associations, education, recreation, social services, and welfare of
individuals. And make sure they have a supportive economy and a legal counsel
for their use at all times. They will also be responsible for the protection
and preservation of land, wildlife, and natural resources.
- To carry out any laws or regulations set by the
Legislative Branch.
- Complete all financial reports for the general
council meetings, and set budgets for the Legislative and Judicial Branches.
- To appoint any committee members.
- To entrust the Vice-President with his authority
when he is unavailable due to illness, or death in the family. This also may go
for the Secretary delegating his duties to the Vice-Secretary.

suddenly unable to serve because of a death or sever illness, a new member must
be appointed with in sixty (60) days to fill out the rest of the term until
elections.
- The same also goes for the removal of a member
of the council.

Article IX. Military.

Article X. Bill of Rights.
- All people have the right to bear arms.
- All people as residents of the country are
subject to the freedom of worship, conscience, speech, press, and assembly to
petition.
- Nothing shall violate the right of the people to
have privacy and security in that of their persons, houses, papers, and effects
against unreasonable search and seizures.
- All private property will not be up for public
use without a fair amount of compensation.
- All people have the right to a speedy and public
trial in the case of a criminal proceeding, and to be confronted with the
witness with the accusation. They must have the right to have the assistance of
counsel for their defense.
- In the occurrence of **Ogres, the people have
the right to defend themselves and their property.
- In no way, shape, or form shall this
Constitution hinder or jeopardize the rights of the residents of Far Far Away.
